Cacao smoothies

Here's a delicious smoothie recipe that incorporates cacao nibs for a delightful aroma, rich flavor, and satisfying crunch on top

Ingredients:

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1/4 cup coconut cream

- 1/4 avocado

- 1 tablespoon almond butter

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

- 1 tablespoon cacao powder

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Stevia or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener, to taste

- Ice cubes

 

Toppings:

  • Cacao nibs

  • Sliced almonds

1. In a blender, combine the unsweetened almond milk, coconut cream, avocado, almond butter, chia seeds, cacao powder, vanilla extract, and your chosen keto-friendly sweetener.

   

2. Blend on high until all the ingredients are smooth and well combined.

 

3. Add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the mixture reaches your desired thickness.

 

4. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more sweetener.

 

5. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
