Hey everyone, this is Episode 6, and action! I've made arrangements with the president of the cooperative so that we can finally hand over the bags of cacao samples. Hold on, guys! How are you? Good! I'm just off the carpet; it gives us something to cover. Everyone is here—Marcel, Matheus, all on duty! We have all six samples on the plate.

Now, Marcel is pointing out that sample number 6 has a flavor similar to number 2, which relates to the way they were toasted. Yeah, in his opinion, it’s a bit too much. I'm not sure if he's going to put that bag aside, but he did say that the only one he absolutely does not like, after tasting it again, is terrible for chocolate. According to his opinion, numbers 1 and 5 are completely discarded. The other four samples, though, are very good in his view.

Okay, for me, number 4 is like having two beers—pretty nice. The worst of all for both of us was number 5. The top pick was number 3; he loves the flavor of the cacao. As for number 6, it’s the first choice for me in the morning. Yes, for both of us, it’s a strong contender. We’re going to take these to the next stage.

So, we’ve obtained some samples for them to review further. And then there’s number 7—the flavor is perfect. I’m not getting too deep into it, just keeping my face relaxed for now.
