After seven days of fermentation, this is how the cacao in the coconut looks like. Yeah, it's like a layer of foam. But it's time to dig the cacao almonds out of the coconut. Okay, let's remove the banana leaves. So the cacao almond is in the coconut. Whoa, the smell of fermentation is very very strong. Okay, let's try to pour it out on the banana leaves now. Okay, with NP, the coconut or the cacao almonds are out. Let's spread them evenly under the sun for some drying. And then we are done for now. Let's wait. While it dries under the sun over the next few days.
