This is day 3 drying the kaka home under the sun. Wow, the banana leaves is quite brown at this point. Who's like a good time to change the banana leaf out? Yep, good mess of a new banana leaf. Now let's transfer the kakobines on to this new banana leaf that I got. Just hold it down with these. The color is nothing to come up quite nice. Okay, now let's spread it out. Let's check out how it smells. Wow, the aroma of the fermentation and the kakao beans is nothing to become very pronounced. Wow, smells quite good.
